This breakfast smoothie is your quick fix as it take no longer than 5 minutes to make. If you are in a rush but need a booster this smoothie is what you need.

This layered Strawberry Mango smoothie with Chia Seed is super healthy and nutritious. It looks pretty amazing as well. This smoothie is loads with vitamins and potassium, high in nutrient with plenty of fresh fruits to boost your energy before you start your day.

What’s in this Strawberry Mango Chia Seed Smoothie?

  • Fresh Bananas
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Frozen/fresh mango
  • Chia seeds
  • Milk of your choice (coconut milk or almond milk for vegan or regular cow milk)
  • Honey or maple syrup

Recipe

Preparation Time: 5 minutesCooking Time : – Serve : 2
Ingredients:
– 1 cup milk
– 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
– 2 bananas
– 1 cup strawberries
– 1 cup mango
– 1 cup milk + chia seeds (soaked overnight) – optional

Instructions:

  • Blend everything except strawberries and milk with chia seeds. Evenly divide 1/2- 3/4 mango smoothies to 2 glasses, add remaining smoothie with strawberries and blend. Pour strawberry smoothie on top of the mango smoothie. Last, stir chia seeds in soaked milk and pour at the top layer. Enjoy by topping with extra fresh berries!
