HOW TO MAKE ASIAN GRILLED PRAWNS WITH LEMON AND CORIANDER SAUCE

Super easy! The most time consuming part…..well for me is to clean the prawns. After you wash and remove the veins (KEEP THE SHELLS) the rest comes in speedy.

Make the sauce by adding lemon juice, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, coriander and sesame oil. Whisk well and set aside.

Now heat up your pan, drizzle with some vegetable oil and wait for the oil to heat about a minute!!!!We want a hot oil to brown the prawns. While waiting, drizzle prawns with fish sauce and sesame oil then sprinkle with turmeric powder. Toss them and place them straight on the hot pan. Cook them for about 2 minutes each side and you got the most delicious prawn ready to serve on the table.

A bowl of steam rice or pasta and some vegetables or salad are best to pair with this juicy and succulent prawns. I add fresh lettuce as the base and place the prawns on top, then drizzle with the sauce! It seriously taste SO GOOD!
