Easy matcha raspberry popsicles recipe made with 5 simple ingredients. This is a perfectly simple and delicious treat to enjoy on a hot day!

There is nothing like enjoying popsicles on a hot day. This refreshing treat is the best way to cool down yourself from the heat. I absolutely love enjoying them during summer or whenever I need one.
Homemade popsicles are even better, as you pick the flavours and ingredients you like. You can also adjust the sweetness according to your personal preference as most of the time I found the store bought popsicles are too sweet to enjoy!
These matcha popsicles with rapsberry fillings are creamy, fruity and earthy in flavour. It becomes my favourite popsicle after all, and my son enjoys it too.
