These sugar free baby lead weaning donuts are perfect for baby and toddler! You get to enjoy these delicious and healthy baked donuts with only 4 simple ingredients!



4 INGREDIENTS BLW SOURDOUGH DONUTS
Prep time: 5 minutescooking time: 20 minutesserve: 6-7

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 cup unfed sourdough starter OR Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup of blueberries and strawberries (cube)
– Egg wash

INSTRUCTIONS:

– Preheat oven to 180C, line baking paper on a baking tray.
– In a bowl, combine flour, milk and starter or yogurt until it form a ball. Add half of the berries into the mixture and gently fold them in.
– Transfer dough to a lightly flour surface, gently press the dough flat about 2cm thick using a roller and cut out the dough into a donut shape using a cutter. Repeat until you get 6-7 donuts.
– Top the remaining berries on the donuts surface, gently press them in but keep the donut shaped. I make mine into a heart shape donut with funny face.

-Wash donuts with egg wash and bake in the preheated oven for 15 -20 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool down to room temperature before serve. Serve with extra berries and yogurt. Enjoy!
