Prep time: 5 minutescooking time: 10 minutesserve: 2 large servings

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 2 garlic cloved, minced
– 2 cups of broccoli florets
– 400g okra
– 1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
– 3 tbsp water

INSTRUCTIONS

– Heat oil in a wok until warm, add garlic and sauté for a quick 30 second. Add broccoli and okra and on high heat stir fry for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and continue to cook for another minute.

– Add soy sauce, shaoxing wine and water, cook and stir for another 4-5 minutes until vegetables cook through. Transfer to a serving plate, serve warm and enjoy!
